Easyfundraising

There is a very simple and effective way everyone can help raise funds for The Square Methodist Church irrespective of your income.

During the current pandemic, the amount of money spent online has increased dramatically as we all look to keep safe and stay at home. Easyfundraising provides a platform whereby the public can place their online orders and generate a donation to the church account.

THE PROCESS IS VERY SIMPLE – EVEN I CAN DO IT!!!

At the time of writing, we have 9 church members signed up and have a balance of £135. I am hoping that as a result of this notification the number of contributors will increase to 100. This would significantly generate welcome income for the church.

Please remember you can ask friends and family to sign up to Easyfundraising with The Square Methodist Church as the beneficiary of the donations. You do not have to be a church member.

To start using Easyfundraising 

Apple devices (iPhone, iPad):

  1. Download the Easyfundraising App by visiting the following site or google Easyfundraising app: https://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/easyfundraising-app/
  2. Click download on the App store for iPhone or iPad. 
  3. Click the App then click “Install”
  4. When the App has installed, click “Sign Up”
  5. Search for “Square Methodist”, then click “Support this cause”
  6. Follow the instructions to create your account

Android devices:

  1. Open the Google Play Store, and search for the Easyfundraising app
  2. Click the App then click “Install”
  3. When the App has installed, click “Sign Up”
  4. Search for “Square Methodist”, then click “Support this cause”
  5. Follow the instructions to create your account

Windows (Laptop, desktop PCs)

  1. Visit the Easyfundraising site at https://www.easyfundraising.org.uk
  2. Search for “Square Methodist”, then click “Support this cause”
  3. Follow the instructions to create your account
On the Easyfundraising website, you can search for "The Square Methodist Church - Dunstable" go you can go direct to our page at https://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/causes/squaremethodist

The secret here is to remember each time you wish to make an online purchase to click on the Easyfundraising icon first and access the seller (e.g. Amazon) and then proceed as normal to place your shopping order.

Let’s see if we can get the number of members attached to the church Easyfundraising increasing as soon as possible and raise valuable funds without any cost to ourselves.

Please note Home grocery deliveries from Tesco/ Sainsburys are excluded from Easyfundraising.
